i cant seem to comfortably get my shoulder into the position it makes weird popping and clicking sounds when i switch from tan to bong. I dont think its cuz my shoulder angle is too narrow. The socket feels restricted and I cant get my wrist below the elbow.
Do you know any stretches or exercises to make this motion easier?
