Practice part of the ride on the bus to and from work.

Practice with a buddy during lunch Mon – Thurs.

Practice 4 times a week at home.

So much to learn and with 3 kids at home I have to squeeze in training whenever I can.

I have 2 private lessons (1 hour per lesson) and one group class (1.5 hours) per week. I try to train at least 1 more time a week with a buddy and I do my sil lim tau and chum kiu every day….well almost every day.

I wish I could do more!

it’s tough (not as fun) to train without a partner. but when I’m alone I work on my footwork, forms, technique etc…

I guess it depends on what you mean. :)

I have a 3-hr class twice a week. But each morning I do Siu Lim Tao, cardio and stretching exercises. In the evening I do more Siu Lim Tao, strength/resistance training and solo “movement” exercises (shifting, footwork, etc.) I try to balance it out, mix it up and let one part of my body rest while I work on another.

I normally have two sessions of two-and-a-half hour per week when I train long. The other days I do forms and wallbagtraining and a modest strength and conditioning program for about 45 minutes. I also have an 8 to 9 hours professional day, plus a family life, so that`s what I can manage to slip in.

Forms: Siu Lim tao & Chum Kiu plus some work on an improvised arm sticking from tha wall – not quite the wooden dummy, but good for something I hipe LOL – as for conditioning: pullups pushups pistols, and tabata exercises to get my cardio.

several chi sao tounds per day – whenever I can squeeze in some with a friend or my wife.

    have a good one

I’m not practicing at the moment . . . I don’t have a school to go to. For a while I was at MKG Seattle, and I was training 3-4 times a week 2-3 hours a day. We trained though more in the Muay Thai/ FMA’s, and every once in awhile some ‘wing chun’ was added. That was part of their JKD class. For now though I’m trying to learn everything I can online. If you know of any good schools in the Seattle area that would be great to know. Take it easy and thanks for putting the stuff online. Lates.

Hey all. 2*2 hour sessions per week here. (England)

My brain is a bit fried after learning so much per week but I’m hooked. I enjoy it and try not to contemplate how much there is to learn about Kung Fu…

    Regards to all of you.

I train about an hour a day. There are no WC instructors here in Tulsa, OK , so I just practice the forms. I’m trying to recruit my wife to practice with me, but have been unsuccessful so far.

Anyone in or near Tulsa looking for someone to practice with, post and maybe we can train together.

    Hi, everyone!
I started Wing Chun in July after finishing school and train 4x 1,5h a week. If I have the time I additionally practise Siu Lim Tao and work out at home.
I hope I can keep practising that often as I start to work.

I am fully motivated so I will try my best :-)

    greets M.C.
