I enjoy going back over your old videos to consolidate the basics.
I wanted to clarify your point about pushing the body and forward ensure i am doing it right.
When you are highlighting the point of push forward fom the body does this mean that one must sink slightly and then push of the ground up and out??? It is hard to tell if that is what you are doing as it is so subtle?
Rather than push with a slight turn in the hips to drive the elbow forward?
Sifu,
So by using the body to be the power behind the punch would I always have to move the body forward for my opponent to feel the punch?
