    yes, but don’t focus on “tic for tac” strategy, there’s always going to be a counter to every technique, so if you travel down that road, it becomes endless…

    focus on what makes this movement work, such as maintaining the “spine” and penetrate with your “body structure”.

    also remember that the grappling section is primarily for “competition” and not so much for “defending yourself in the street”. peace!
