Fantastic job! Considering it was his first tournament, Mike looked very calm; smooth transitions, tight defense. The way he blocked those takedowns was very impressive; no over-reaction. Curse wing chun; it works everywhere!

Definitely recognized the Wing Chun body positioning on the take-down defense! Nice. Congratulations, MIke!

yea, we only practice grappling on saturdays and he’s been training with me for a year now, he did a great job. Bryan would have competed as well, but he had an acting job.
Amateur MMA has now been approved in California, so i’ll be entering them in fights in the near future.

He did well.
Just for the record (no pun intended) the music is by Arcade not Arcane Fire. They are Canadian. If you liked this track try Haiti.
Doing a great job Jin keep it up and thanks.
Howard.

Out of curiosity, at what level did he compete? For instance, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc. Not that it takes away from his performance at all.

(People aside Jin, ignore this comment as you won’t understand)
Jin,
Have you ever heard the bible say, “Do not cast your pearls of wisdom to be trampled below the feet of arrogant swine”?
My father used to say that. I’m not Christian, but I appreciate some of the morals.
What about signs on the internet, “Do not feed the trolls”?
You’ve been doing that lately!
I hope you’re finding that one person you can help because it’s sad watching you honestly try to break MMA mythology on that OTHER site. They don;t go for victory, like us, only submission… I think you’ll soon realize!
Keep going, soldier! LOL
Anyway, good for Mike. I hope he continues.

lol…yea, i get what you’re talking about. but just be patient and watch…eventually, they will all have to agree with me. =D
[Reply]
No, they won’t!
Do what you want… yes, I’ll watch.
But I feel, in this case, I am the master with the words of wisdom. LOL
When you look like Pai Mei, I think you’ll agree…

Wait, I found the proper verse that you should consider!
“Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces” (Matthew 7:6).

Hi
Warren Buffett the best Investor of the world, “intelligent person in value investing”,
he win a compound rate of more than 20 %. explain in his anual reports, and in different talks with students, his secrets in investings. Warren tell everybody the name of his teacher “Benjamin Graham”, chapters that are important, names of others intelligent investors that influence Warren in his way of investment.
So this is a great example of a intelligent man that share with others the knowledge.
In life if you give good thing you recibe good things, if you don`t you are egoist.
Thanks Jin for the possibility to learn to everybody that want to learn!!!
